Measuring your Bandwith

I have used www.speakeasy.net/speedtest as a way to measure the speed of my bandwidth using the Seattle server. My results came out to be 2636 kbps for the download speed and 512 kbps for the upload speed. If you didn't know, "kbps" means kilobits per second. The results will vary because of different service providers, like Shaw Communications (Cable) and Telus (ADSL). To measure your own bandwidth, follow the link above, or simply copy it into another window, choose a server and wait for the results to come in (for both download and upload speeds).
